Does anyone know a good source of machine knitting wool. I am in particular looking for school grey, navy and red in 3 or 4 ply. Rennes, Vannes, Nantes and area.

I only know about hand knitting wool (didn't know there was a difference!) but I bought online cos the choice here is limited - French brands only and much more expensive than buying online where there is a huge choice, but also I couldn't handle a French knitting pattern so needed non French wool! Very Happy

I bought from this place and they were really prompt with the delivery.

Try ebay or see if any of the Yorkshire mills will send to France.

Mandy, machine wool is slightly oiled to go through the machine.
